Our beautiful lakefront home with one of the largest modern salted infinity pool in the lake within a gated community. Come golf and dine at Terra Lago golf club just adjacent to the complex and later enjoy world class entertainment at Fantasy Springs Casino, Agua Caliente Casino and Spotlight 29 Casino. Terra Lago is the ideal location to be for many events that are hosted in the Palm Springs area. The community is conveniently close to the casino, night life, HITS Horse show, Polo horse activities, Coachella fest, stagecoach, one of the top rated golf courses in the Coachella Valley and minutes away from the tennis garden in La Quinta.

Our gorgeous 2800 Sf 6 bedroom 3 bath home is located in safe gated Terra Lago Community. Our home has been remodeled in 2022 with luxurious touches and eye-pleasing décor, including a spacious dining area with a wine cooler for exquisite experience. Outside, amongst the beautiful back yard, enjoy the relaxing private jacuzzi waterfalling into the salt-water pool. There is also a custom BBQ island with outdoor dinning and sitting area.

The first floor features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area, with an island. The living room has a 83” smart TV, lounge sofas for , fireplace and separate lounge sitting area. The kitchen appliances include a refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker.

As our guests, you will have complete access to all areas of the property and we encourage you to make yourself at home. Relax and unwind by the swimming pool, take advantage of the comfortable bedrooms, and make use of the large kitchen and all the games available. Please note that the laundry room is the only area that is not included in your access.

Our thorough cleaning process includes disinfecting and sanitizing all units after each check-out, following strict coronavirus prevention procedures, and regularly wiping down all doors and keypads.
