BEDROOMS:
This stunning home has five comfortable bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, high-quality bed linens, nightstands with reading lamps, and a dresser or a closet to store all your belongings.

*On the second floor, you’ll find the primary bedroom, which is furnished with a king-size bed , sofa bed and an in suite bathroom. This floor also has two queen and one king bed. The fifth bedroom is located on the main floor and contains a 1 queen -sized bed and and 1 twin bed and also a queen size air mattress (with request only)
There’s also a sofa bed in the living area and providing ample space for your entire group. If you’re traveling with little ones, there’s also a baby crib available with request only.

BATHROOMS :
There are two full bathrooms in this lovely home, stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don’t have to worry about packing your own.

The first full bathroom is a private bath for the primary suite and contains a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second full bath has a shower and tub combination and a single vanity.
You’ll also find a half bath located near the living area to provide ample space for your group to freshen up.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE :
Make delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with all appliances, cooking utensils, and dishware. You’ll love the spacious kitchen island with seating for four guests, making it easy to socialize with your group. Start your morning with a jolt of caffeine from the Keurig coffee machine.
When you’re ready for dinner, take a seat around the dining table for eight and enjoy tasty meals in this luxurious space. The open-concept layout makes it easy to chat with friends sitting at the kitchen counter.
The elegant lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.

Living area :
Sit back on the oversized L-shaped sofa and enjoy a good book while natural light streams in through the large windows. In the evening, watch your favorite movie on the Smart TV while enjoying the ambiance of the gas fireplace. The free high-speed wifi means you shouldn’t have any interruptions during your movie.

OUTSIDE SPACE :
Enjoy some fresh air in the beautifully designed and fully fenced backyard. Boasting a large swimming pool, a hot tub, yard games, an outdoor BBQ, comfortable outdoor seating, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a fire pit, this is outdoor living at its finest. Please note that the saltwater pool can be heated for an additional fee of $200/day. Please let us know in advance as it takes 12 hours to heat up.
This sophisticated home is ideally located close to several restaurants, shops, golf clubs, and the Coachella Music Festival grounds, so you’ll have easy access to everything you’ll need during your stay.

*Tuesdays and Fridays are pool and gardening service days, and the servicemen will enter the backyard.
*Loud portable speakers are not allowed and music must be turned off by 8 pm, otherwise violation fees will be charged.

★ POOL HEATING & MAINTEINENANCE ★
Please note that pool heating arrangements must be made and paid for in advance, as it requires 12 hours to heat, which will be done before you arrive. The charge to heat the pool is $200 per day.
The pool temperature will be set at 80 degrees

★OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS ★
Occupancy limits are also enforced by the city’s code enforcement. Please make sure your guests match the number of guests you originally booked. Our homes are for you and your friends and family to enjoy.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected, and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.

★PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little furry bundles of joy. (Only 1 dog less then 10 lb allowed). Our home is suitable to accommodate them . If any other animals/pet have been brought to the property there will be additional charge of $400

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ Your patiently is kindly requested at the security gate during Coachella /Stagecoach weekends. The security booth will be conducting identify verification for your own safety. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and thank you for choosing us to be your host.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

*Check out is 11:00 A.M on the day of your departure

Please ensure that the sliders, doors, and windows are shut and locked.

All lights ,HEATER and A/C turned off

PLEASE CLOSE ALL UMBRELLAS WIND WILL FLY THEM AWAY

TRASH: Take out trash and place them in the appropriate bins located on the side of the house. Please make sure trash is placed in a tied plastic bags.

DIRTY LINENS: Please gather all your towels and place them in the laundry
BEDS: Do not make the beds, leave all beds as is

KITCHEN: Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter. Please rinse off the dishes, place them in the dishwasher, and start it. Any rinsed leftover dishes are to be left on the counter
